This won't work if:
- you've made a mistake typing your username - check you aren’t using capital letters and that spelling is correct (if you've copied and pasted your username, make sure there's no space after it)
- you don't have a subscription, pre minute or Choice account – get one now from only £5 a month
- you haven't put your mobile number in 'my profile'
- you use another access provider - please contact them about your password
